Entrepreneurship and New Product Development
Most useful things I learned from this course was learning from activities which had been done in class, field work. I learned the presentation skills, entrepreneurial thinking which I learned from quilt and puzzle game.
The most useful thing I learned in this course is the use of the mind map as it helps me a lot with staying organized throughout creative processes for personal hobbies as well as potential professional ideas.
The thing I value the most in the course is that teamwork skills. My team has members from different countries with different work styles.This is a very good
experience for me because it’s like simulated work environment but no big harm and risk like real one.
The most important value this class taught me is the necessity of believing in your own product. It needs to be much more than just a good idea, but something you truly believe is valuable as either a service or product and something that you would use as well.
I did not change my view on entrepreneurship that much. I have been in my entrepreneurship path for a while and I took this course just to enhance my skills
that is helpful for my business development.
The most useful thing is the project about the friendly teacher because I believe how people are treated is also a part of a culture which can help me better understand Taiwanese culture while I am here.
This course has offered me a new outlook on things. I learned about the identification of customers, team members and stakeholders through networks, conducting primary customer researches and also industry analysis.
The time I spent with the group and our friendly teacher strolling around Hsinchu gave me a better understanding of how they think and how they see the world.
I see this course as a journey of self-discovery for myself, because the lessons taught in this class were like road signs and lead me to the idea generation, problem solution, team work, reflection and so on.
Life is matter of choices that also bear its consequences which can be good or bad and ideally transformed into experiences.
This class reminded me to prioritize deep knowledge over surface one for the latter is a complete waste of time.
This course confirm to me that true knowledge is gained on the field and networking is the ultimate solution to being fulfilled and achieve high goals.
I learned how to stay disciplined and true to what I want so far in other to reach the targeted point and even go beyond.
I found myself reflecting a lot upon my future and how I want to tap into my potential as a not so young professional anymore.
I have learned that knowledge accumulation is not necessary the key that will open door for us especially if we do not fix ourselves pragmatic goals that need to be changed or tweaked time after time.
I am grateful for this class from which I gained new perspective and a good deal of knowledge.
I have a lot of admiration and high esteem for Entrepreneurs who will never cease to mesmerize me and maybe my call in the future is to help them get further.
I understand all it takes to undertake a project or start a new Business, and I know that I do not have this dedication and perseverance to go toward that road.
